Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the My Girlfriend mobile app (package com.stupid.ai.girlfriend, "the App", "we") handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Gameplay data stored on your device: progress, hearts, settings, language and chat history with the characters. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or choose "Restart from the beginning".
• Chat messages: when you text a character, your message and recent conversation context are sent through our server to an AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate the character's reply. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number, and you should not share personal information in chats.
• Usage and diagnostic data: we use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used (for example: screens opened, levels played, app version, device type, approximate country). We also log anonymous gameplay events under a randomly generated nickname to improve the game.
• Advertising data: the App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.

2. How we use information

• To run the game and generate character replies.
• To improve content, fix bugs and balance gameplay.
• To show ads that keep the App free.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

These services process data under their own policies:

• Google Firebase – firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob – policies.google.com/privacy
• OpenAI – openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
• Cloudflare (hosting of videos and our server) – cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

4. Your choices

• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• You can delete all local game data by using "Restart from the beginning" in Settings or uninstalling the App.
• You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of any data related to you.

5. Age requirement

The App is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, please contact us.

6. Security

Data sent between the App and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Ứng dụng My Girlfriend (com.stupid.ai.girlfriend) xử lý thông tin như sau:

• Dữ liệu chơi game (tiến trình, điểm tim, cài đặt, lịch sử nhắn tin) được lưu trên máy của bạn và bị xoá khi gỡ ứng dụng hoặc chọn "Chơi lại từ đầu".
• Tin nhắn bạn gửi cho nhân vật được chuyển qua máy chủ của chúng tôi tới dịch vụ AI (OpenAI) để tạo câu trả lời. Chúng tôi không yêu cầu tên, email hay số điện thoại; bạn không nên chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân khi chat.
• Thống kê sử dụng qua Google Firebase Analytics và nhật ký sự kiện ẩn danh (tên ngẫu nhiên) để cải thiện game.
• Quảng cáo qua Google AdMob, có thể dùng mã quảng cáo của thiết bị. Bạn có thể tắt quảng cáo cá nhân hoá trong cài đặt máy.
• Chúng tôi không bán thông tin của bạn. Ứng dụng chỉ dành cho người từ 18 tuổi.
